We can provide pre-purchase advice and consultation for buyers planning on acquiring an existing home for Passive House renovation. We do not impose a fee for this service if it is conducted as a site inspection and verbal report. Unfortunately we do not provide full project level consultation and design for projects other than Passive House builds and renovations, or projects that we do not build at this time.
