We can provide pre-purchase advice and consultation for buyers planning on acquiring an existing home for Passive House renovation.  We do not impose a fee for this service if it is conducted as a site inspection and verbal report.   Unfortunately we do not provide full project level consultation and design for projects other than LDR builds at this time.
